Mr. Jon Santangelo

Mr. Jon Santangelo bridges higher education with over 15 years of practical market execution and international instruction across Asia. Originally from the United States, he is dually educated in the US and UK, holding a BS in Communications (Advertising, PR & Marketing) and an MA with Distinction in Educational Management & Leadership, where his thesis on Project-Based Learning earned the highest score in his university cohort.

As Founder of Chariot Global Education, an independent program provider and strategic consultancy, Jon has advised global educators on regional macroeconomic trends, market entry, and B2B expansion across Greater China. His executive history includes serving as the former Spokesperson for BOSSA (China’s study abroad industry association), Head of PR for KEATH.ai, and advisor to high-growth startups ranging from multi-million to billion-dollar valuations. Currently, he voluntarily manages the Google Ads strategy for a UK non-profit.

Jon’s academic portfolio features undergraduate lecturing at Beijing Dublin International College (BDIC) as well as instructional and coordinative leadership in Critical Thinking, Global Citizenship Education (GCE), and English Language Acquisition within bilingual and international high schools.

At the forefront of emerging AI technologies, he serves as a research member at the University of Oxford’s AIEOU Hub and is currently developing an EdTech hardware startup.
